Job Description / Responsibility

• Ensure client replies/ inquiries are handled promptly and accurately.
• Maintain a strict target reply time of 1 hour, max, or at least a firm promise for a reply and ensuring it is kept.
• Maintain a high level of situational awareness regarding market trends, customer requirements and our product/company niche.
• Must be thoroughly well-versed with the designated customers in terms of their quality requirements, labeling issues, payment terms, inspection procedures etc.
• Must have an in-depth knowledge; know how of the technical aspects of the product, whether process related or confectioning related.
• Use personal judgment and initiative to develop effective and constructive solutions.
• Liaise with other departments to establish and maintain effective communication.
• Train, Motivate and manage all staff reporting directly and indirectly
• Record, Monitor and evaluate designated customer turnover and profitability on a continual basis.
• Research and Investigate information enabling Strategic Decision making.
• Develop knowledge & info about competitor activity.
• Maintain strict Vigilance on Orders to ensure minimal wastage, carry out risk assessment activities with processing and Stitching well in advance to avoid unpleasant surprises.

Must be BBA, MBA from NSU only with mandatory O & A level background .

  Textile (Spinning, Weaving, Knitting, Dyeing/Finishing), Garments Accessories

Additional Job Requirements

• Age 24 to 30 year(s)
• Only females are allowed to apply.
• Skill: Excellent communication skill in English is a must.
• Software Usage: Must be able to work on Excel, Word, Power point etc.
• Experiences in Textiles marketing/merchandising will be added advantages.
