Job Description / Responsibility
- To promote harmonious relation and to do liaison work between the workers & the management.
- To get the grievance & complains of workers with regard to their service conditions redressed as expeditiously as possible.
- To organize & supervise labor welfare work.
- To assist in the organization of Safety propagation, training courses, suggestion schemes, recreational facilities, individual personnel problems and education of workers children; etc.
