Job Description / Responsibility
  • To remain as basic point of contact for customers with queries, complaints, feedbacks and requests etc.
  • Ensuring timely and professional responses to all complaints, requests and queries received.
  • Working and giving necessary support to the admission department for the enrollment of new students at CISD
  • Working with the admission department to provide necessary service for the existing parents and students
  • Rendering useful administrative support to other departments' whenever needed, by CISD management

  • Experience of working in Customer Care Department in a renowned School, College or University will be preferred
  • Must have good computer skill
  • Polished communications skills - both verbal and written in Bengali & English
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing
  • Candidate must be very smart looking, pleasant, patient and of friendly attitude
