Job Description / Responsibility
- I guarantee smooth front desk operation
- I am the first contact for outsiders in front desk and also to handle guests
- I receive and transfer calls to and from team mates and outsiders. I handle calls professionally and sincerely by saying ``Oxylane Bangladesh``
- I am the first contact for courier management and ensure proper management for each courier
- I support admin at most in my scope
- I support team in my scope
- I am the priority correspondent for managing emergency attendance register, ask team members to sign to go in and out.
- Coordinating with security officer for transport plan and informing route plan to team mates by email/ sms.
- I manage, organize and work with cleaners to ensure a clean office environment every day.
- I manage, organize and work closely with security officer and other office receptionist to guarantee smooth operations.
- I send-receive email communication to office
- I pro-actively manage risks in my scope
