Job Description / Responsibility
- Build communication between Management and worker.
- Make awareness program on rules and regulation, compliance issues, health and safety, first aid etc.
- Make ensure Floor Compliance & Floor monitoring regularly.
- Ensure the hygienic atmosphere in the workplace.
- Support and assist the Management to handle the grievances of the workers.
- Organize meeting with workers representative.
- Give orientation to the newly recruited worker.
- Follow up the physical condition of pregnant workers, benefits, periodic test, advises etc.
