Job Description / Responsibility
- Ensure production target as per production plan maintaining Buyer`s quality.
- Able to reach everyday target with best combination of manpower, machine and Tools .
- Monitor Unit efficiency and productivity of machine by coordinating with maintenance team and assisting workers through proper guideline on job technique, training and coaching.
- Ensure Finished goods handover after execution of quality checking.
- Ensure overall worker management that is discipline, present. leave & recruitment.
- N.B. Selected candidates will be placed in Quality Control, Bonded Warehouse & Other sections based on assessment.
